on its own without committing to a training program.

• Off-season, prep, lifestyle, and all nutrition plans offered
• Macro plans or meal plans based on foods that you currently eat
• Nutritional programs and strategies are implemented based on your goal, whether it be fitness related or lifestyle-based based such as weddings, vacations, or reunions.

Cost:

• 3 months - $400
• Upon the completion of the purchased plan, the program becomes $100 per month ongoing while services are contracted.
